Once upon a time, this was a blog about how knitting kept me sane while raising two kiddos on the Autism Spectrum.
Now that the birds are adults, and mostly self-sufficient and independent, I am still knitting to stay sane while I write novels about differently abled people who manage to be the heroes of the story because of their unique abilities, rather than DESPITE their supposed disabilities.
My first published novel, Remembering the Way, is available here.
I've just completed my fourth year of winning NaNoWriMo, and am now revising my second novel, Staying Afloat.
Two hours of revisions and edits early this morning earns me knitting time...
