I went back to the gym at 8AM this morning to work with the personal trainer.
I do not like feeling out of shape, and I don't ever remember feeling as uncoordinated as I did today.
It will all be worth it if I can push through these first few weeks and persevere.
Props to the trainer who did not make me feel like he was embarrassed to be working with me as I struggled through the workout. I hope I was as gracious with my clients when I worked in a gym in my 20's.
What comes around, goes around.
