The Boybird was back in the Hospital for another abdominal scan,

results normal,

but symptoms...Not.So.Much.

Poor kid is COLICKY....

honestly that's the best way to describe it.

 

Prayers if you are so inclined!

 

Oh, and Mr. Groundhog.....PLEASE put on yer dark glasses so you can't see yer SHADOW!

Such a LOVELY day!

I had an EXCELLENT mail day!

A surprise package involving Sock Monkeys and Scrabble that made giggle....

and something from the *shoe fairy* for one of my dolls.

The Boybird and I went to Bruegger's bagels to pick up a dozen fresh, HOT, plain bagels

to take back to his nest...and then we drove through Burger King for a kids meal with fries and a TOY.  He was a Very Happy Camper!  He is going to the CIRCUS next weekend and is very excited about that!

 

Tomorrow I have an eye doctor appointment and then a visit with the Daughter bird!

Life is Very Sweet!

 

Very Important Meetings....

I've started assembling the Board of Directors for the BeeHappy Farm Foundation.

So far the Banker and the BusinessMan have both said *YES*!

Next up, Invitations will be issued to a Gardening Angel, a Web guru, and a Social Worker.

 

It was SUPER Foggy this morning when I left for work at oh dark thirty.

SO many accidents along the way....sigh.

Finally got home TWELVE hours later,

but a VERY productive day...

for everything except Picture Taking....

 

Knitting content with PICTURES, tomorrow.

Stitches SOUTH!

I've decided I am going to Stitches SOUTH in April!

I'll have to leave here Friday morning as I will be with the Boybird as usual on Thursday evening,

but am debating whether to take classes or just hang out and schmooooze....

SO excited!

I crack myself up....

I was all set to post this wonderful

*Happy Chinese New Year*

to all y'all,

but everytime I wrote

The Year of the Earth OX,

it looked to me like hugs and kisses to the earth....

and I couldn't stop giggling.

 

So, anyway, supposed to be a wonderful year for New Beginnings

and Rewards for Hard Work and Perseverance.

Yee-haw, I'm all for THAT!

 

I'm off to do some Farm work,

which really IS hugs and kisses to the Earth....

giggle, giggle.

A Sleep-in kinda day....

I slept TWELVE hours....I cannot actually remember sleeping like that since well before the kiddos were born...wow.

I must have REALLY needed the sleep...I feel *almost* human again.

Still taking it kind of easy as it is FREEEZING out, and they are predicting a

WINTERY MIX for tonight...

Perfect weather for knitting and reading seed catalogs!

Dreaming of SPRING.....

Barely enough energy to knit....

my eyes are so watery that it is very slow going...

but I REALLY like this pattern!

Knitting myself a healthy spine sock, sniffle.

(say THAT ten times fast....)

meltdown....

The snow melted away today, and with it went whatever strength I had.

I feel like the sniffly, sneezy, headachey, commercial for Nyquil.

bleh.

Went to Sam's Club to buy vitamins and ended up standing in front of the Peony

display...trying to imagine their heavenly scent, if only I could actually SMELL.

I am SO ready for Spring.

I am happy to report that the gnome swap was a wonderful success!

My swap partner is a wonderful needlefelting artist....I feel so lucky!

 

Today was Golden Corral and Target with the Boybird...he looks great, and of course was delighted to have a Snow Day yesterday!

Icy conditions....

Meant I didn't venture too far out of the neighborhood today...

The sun came out...but it never got above freezing!

Miss Molly has decided that snow is delicious and LOTS of fun to play in!
