C is for

Crochet!

I had to cross over to the Dark Side
to make the Birthday recipe...
but fun, it was.
I CAN Crochet, in fact I did a lot of it when the kids were really really small
(anybody remember those Crocheted Clowns?)
but it hurts my wrist after a very short while,
and I have to THINK so much more than with Knitting!
The whole time I was making this little morsel,
my brain kept thinking about how to *convert*
the crochet stitches to knitted ones
and keep the same CUTENESS.
