I can't have Aspartame as I get migraines too. Coke has just come out with Diet Coke sweetened with Splenda. It's pretty sweet, but I think I can get used to it. You might want to try it if it is available in the East.

Oh I'm so sorry. As a fellow migraine sufferer, I feel your pain. Try drinking a VERY cold gatorade (I don't care for it but can stomach the red flavor) as fast as you can. I mean almost chug it. For some reason, there's stuff in gatorade that helps get rid of migraines. I didn't believe it either, but it has certainly taken the edge off more than once. Good luck.

Oh honey. We must be having sympathy migraines. I had one too. Luckily my prescription arrived in the mail to save me from a second night of torment. I'm gonna try Beth's suggestion next time. Sending you lots of healing love.

Ow! Dig out the Imitrex! Hope you feel better fast.

Must be the season for headaches! I had a beastly one Monday ... but not a migraine. I've learned that I can not use aspartame (NutraSweet) in anything. I get a raging headache in minutes after ingesting the stuff. Best cure I've ever found for migraines is to sleep them off in a dark quiet room.

Aspartame does it to me too, yucky stuff!
I hope the migraine passes quickly. (((hugs)))

Oh, Greta, I feel for you! Hope it passes quickly! I take Imitrex for my migraines (bright lights & glares do me in the worst). Hugs!

Oh, sorry! I wouldn't wish a migraine on anyone. I just wish I had some advice or remedy I could pass on!

But, if it helps, some discussions on migraines over at the naturally curly website. (I'm pretty sure any tips would work whether your hair is curly or not!)

There is nothing worse than a migrane. When I get them, I feel like the only cure to fix it is to drive my knitting needles through my eye sockets. Hope you feel better soon.

Hope you feel better - migranes are the pits.

Oooooh, you gave ME a hug the last time I had one - hugs sent to you.... xo
