I finished the Cashmere Sigma tank last night and tried it on before sewing the shoulders....bleh. I love the pattern, it fits perfectly, and feels Wonderful, but, bleh. Worn as intended, under a suit jacket, it disappears. Looks like I forgot my blouse, which is Not the look I'm going for...heck, I've spent most of my life trying to get people to look me in the EYES and take me Seriously. Knitting the Emperor's New Tank top is not the way to go. I know exactly what it needs...more stitch definition, some textural interest. The good news? I'll have brand new, broken in cashmere to knit with after the Frogfest.
Yup. Frog it. Stockinette is not that yarn's friend.

Cracking up here over "The Emperor's New Tank Top".
I'll bet the cashmere *does* feel heavenly to wear. What yarn will you try Sigma with now?

Just looking at it feels soft..... That'll be the most frog-fun ever!

Sorry you are going to frog, but if it's for the best then rrrrrip away. It does look luxuriously soft.

Yummy looking yarn - but I can see how a plain white, soft tank could dissapear under a suit. Make something else fabulous from the yarn!

Sorry to hear about the ripping but it seems to be for the best. It will look lovely with a nice pattern. Sandy is too cute. Is that a summer or a poodle cut?
