Those of you who know me well will understand why I took a picture at 10:10 this morning and posted it to Facebook.
I've been making remarkable progress with the Sleep study mods.
Shutting off all of my technology early in the evening and having a regular routine has made a tremendous difference.
YOGA. I had forgotten how much my body loves yoga, and vice versa.
Speaking with my sister nearly every night that she is able or willing to carry on a conversation has deepened my appreciation for each and every precious moment. My awareness is sharpened to what is really important. All the petty nonsense ? Banished in favor of appreciation for friends far and near who live their lives (and encourage me to live mine) to the fullest.
Useful productive work with really high levels of intellectual stimulation is the key to my happiness. I enjoy thinking about things....but getting them DONE and checking off the boxes? Priceless. I am so blessed to have this kind of work in my life.
